All reservation requests by phone will be confirmed in writing. In the absence of written confirmation , we will not be responsible for errors or misunderstandings that might arise from this reservation request .

 

The reservation is effective upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay .

 

The payment of the deposit is made by bank transfer or sending a check . The remaining balance can be adjusted on site by cash or check upon arrival.

 

If canceled up to 15 days before arrival date, the fee is 30 % of the total ; between 15 and 7 days before arrival date, the fee is 50% of the total. Less than 7 days before arrival, the entire stay is due.

 

The 30% deposit paid for reservation is not returnable.
